Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
**Digital Products**
We issue refunds for digital products if:
1. The music file downloaded after purchase does not play.
2. The music file downloaded after purchase is of poor quality.
**Refunds for Artist Failures**
While we strive for quality, different artists upload their music, and there is a chance of receiving corrupted files. If an artist fails to provide a functional music file, we will do our best to replace it with a quality file within 7 days. If we are unable to do so, a refund will be issued to the customer.
