Beyoncé has given her stamp of approval to Teyana Taylor and Victoria Monet’s cover of Usher’s “Bad Girl” at the BET Awards. The duo’s performance was widely praised, and Beyoncé shared clips of it on her Instagram Story, leaving both artists speechless and grateful for the queen’s co-sign.

Teyana Taylor wrote on her IG Story, “Everything she saidddd… Bihhhhh I’m speechless. & DATS ON QUEEN BEYYYYYYYYYYYY, I’m GAGGGGINGGGGGGGI!!!!”

Victoria Monet was similarly blown away by the co-sign, writing, “OOOOH MYYYY GOD!!!!! na I AM SCREAMING!! WHATTTT… CAN NOT GRASP AIR I AM UNWELL HOLY SH*T I did not expect to pass out today! GAGGEDD…completely. @beyonce WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!! THE ORIGINAL BAD GYAL I will forever honor you.”

The performance by Taylor and Monet is even more impressive considering the time constraints they were under. Teyana Taylor revealed that they had less than 48 hours to get together and perfect the “Bad Girl” choreography, which was identical to the one Beyoncé and Usher performed during the Truth Tour in 2004.

Taylor and Monet received praise from two GOATs that night – Usher, who was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award, and Beyoncé, who gave them her seal of approval. Their performance and Beyoncé’s approval have been hailed as a testament to the artists’ talent and dedication.
