Kendrick Lamar has released the music video for his Drake diss track, “Not Like Us”. The video, directed by Lamar and Dave Free, features several references to Drake and his OVO label, including cameos from West Coast hip-hop luminaries and subtle jabs at Drake.

The video begins with Lamar doing push-ups on cinder blocks, a reference to Drake’s “Push Ups” and a nod to their ongoing feud. Lamar is also seen dancing with his children, a response to Drake’s previous claim that he had fathered one of Lamar’s children.

The video features visual references to owls, associated with Drake’s OVO label, including shots of an owl on Lamar’s arm, in a cage, and an owl piñata being smashed. The video also includes cameos from prominent West Coast figures, including producer Mustard, Tommy the Clown, Compton-born NBA star DeMar DeRozan, and Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith, CEO of Top Dog Entertainment label.

The feud between Drake and Lamar escalated in May with the release of diss tracks from both parties. The video is seen as a victory lap for Lamar, solidifying his position in the feud. Fans are calling the video a “victory lap” for Lamar, who is seen taking a leap over Drake in their beef.

The video’s release has sparked a lot of interest and discussion among fans and hip-hop enthusiasts, with many seeing it as a decisive move by Lamar in the ongoing feud.
